HTC has presented their Android Smartphone namely HTC Desire. It is basically an updated version of the Google Nexus One, it features a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and a 3.7 inch WVGA AMOLED touchscreen display, WiFi, A-GPS and a microSD card slot, and a five megapixel camera.

Samsung introduced a new line of lower mid-range handsets the Samsung Shark 2 S5550 packs a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus, 3.5G support plus the social networking features.

The Shark 2 is the best spec handset of the newly announced carnivorous bunch but shares the aircraft-inspired design with the others. Samsung say that the S5550 can record video at up to 320 x 240 pixels at 30 frames per second, which is hardly great but should be just about passable for YouTube.
