Sony VAIO TT Series Notebook


Sony today show the world lightest notebook with Blu-ray disc technology support - the VAIO TT series notebook. Come with carbon-fiber chassis with weight only 2.87 pounds and the thin less than 1 inch.

VAIO TT featuring 11.1 inch widescreen display usin Sony XBRITE-Dura View Technology LCD screen. It can deliver 100 percent color saturation and true life picture. The brighter picture technology has feature energy-efficient white LED backlight, so you can view photos in crystal-clear resolution.

The display of Sony TT series is ideal for Blu-Ray Films. Since many HD movies are made using a 16:9 aspect ratio, the unit extra-large LCD is built with the same dimensions. This reduces the black bands that usually appear, leaving films in the format.

TT model also has an HDMI connector so you can connect to a compatible High Definition TV for a larger viewing experience (connector cable sold separately). Sony VAIO TT is equipped with an Intel Centrino 2 processor technology powerful PC output and energy conservation features that offer long battery life.

VAIO TT notebooks have a dual chain of 256 GB (128GB x 2) Solid State Drive (SSD) with RAID technology. The result is faster boot times, is launching a faster overall performance.

The PC integrates wireless Wide Area Network (WAN) technology provided by the Sprint Mobile Broadband Network and its latest mobile network technology, EV-DO Revision A. To do this, a service Sprint is required to register.

The notebook comes with the choice of Windows Vista Home Premium, Vista Business and Vista Ultimate operating systems. Windows XP Professional is also available on some models.

All models are ENERGY STAR 4.0 compatible, a ranking EPEAT Silver and integrates these eco-conscious features that mercury-free LCD backlight LED. The TT model starts at $2,000. The BD version will go for about $2,700, while the SSD model (128GB) for around $2,750. It is available in a premium carbon black, silk black, champagne gold and crimson red.
