Seagate Technology introduce a new ultra-thin hard disk drive which named Seagate Momentus Thin after release Seagate Pulsar SSD. It’s so slim for 2.5-inch HDD, only 7mm thickness for portable notebook.

If we compare, the modern HDD available in 9.5-mm thickness or 12.5-mm. This Seagate Momentus Thin has 5400rpm with 8M buffer cache and it can connect to PC via SATA II. The capacity available at 160GB and 250GB and it will be available on January 2010.
