Samsung SCH-W510 and F268 Eco Friendly Phone
Samsung Electronics introduced its environmentally-friendly mobile “W510″ and “F268″ on Korea’s IT market in the world.
The SCH-W510, called “Bio Phone Cover”, uses its equipment Bioplast of cornstarch, while the functions of metal finishing environmentally friendly process. It is understood that the end of this month.
The SGH-F268 includes brominated flame retardants (BFR) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) may be hazardous to humans. In particular, it targets the Chinese market, this month, which comes with the environment F268 mobile accessories such as a helmet and a charger.
“Samsung strives to continue a corporate citizen that contributes to environmental sustainability,” said Geesung Choi, president of Samsung Telecommunications Business. Now Samsung are trying not only to launch more products environmentally conscious renewable, with more equipment and consume less energy, but also to expand proactively setting up a phone number from the recycling system.
Both of W510 and F268 will be available on July 2008.
