Olympus E-620 Affordable DLSR Camera

Olympus has unveiled its new digital SLR entry, E-620 comes with a 12.3 megapixel sensor, scheduled for sale in the United States in May.

Olympus has packed in the main features of the E-30 and E-520 in this small and light E-620 (about the size of the E-420). The specifications can be expected are:

- 12.3 megapixel Live MOS image sensor with sensor-shift image stabilization
- 7-point AF
- ISO sensitivity from 100 to 3,200
- TruePic III+ image processor
- wireless flash controller
- 2.7-inch tilt HyperCrystal III LCD with 230,000 pixels
- multi aspect ratio (16:9, 4:3, 3:2and 6:6)
- size: 130×60×94mm
- body weight: 520g

Olympus E-620 comes with a much more affordable price tag under $ 1000 USD. The E-620 body will have an MSRP of $700 in the US. If you want the set that comes with the 14-42mm f3.5-5.6 Zuiko lens, you’ll need to pay $800 for it.
