HP EliteBook 2740p Convertible Laptop

Hewlett-Packard release a new convertible laptop called HP EliteBook 2740p which is similat to HP EliteBook 2730p but more features. It’s powered by Intel Intel Core i5/i7 processor, up to 8GB of RAM, 160GB/250GB hard drive, and optional 80GB/160GB SSD.

HP EliteBook 2740p convertible tablet has 12-inch multi-touch display with 1280×800 resolution and pens supports, Qualcomm Gobi 3G modem, WiFi (b/g or a/b/g/n), Bluetooth 2.1, a 2-megapixel webcam, and a 6-cell 44WHr battery with enabling up to 5 hours in use.

The HP EliteBook 2740p tablet notebook sealed with durable body which combination of stainless steel and magnesium that meet resistance to dust, humidity and vibration at US military’s 810G specifications (MIL-STD 810G compliant). The HP EliteBook 2740p will be available at a starting price of $1,599 in early April 2010.
