How-to Reset BlackBerry

Sometimes when you use the BlackBerry there are several problems like can not access files and you need to reset it. There are 3 choice how to reset your BlackBerry: soft, double-soft and hard reset and all of the them has different function.

1. Soft Reset
Just press ALT+Right SHIFT (CAP)+DELETE

2. DOUBLE-Soft Reset
It will stop all application on Blackberry and it’s pretty same with hard reset but the different is only the TIMING. Just do Soft reset and display will be black/blank. After the display is not black anymore press ALT+Right SHIFT (CAP)+DELETE again and the display will be blank. The sandclock will show up and wait until BlackBerry ready to use.

3. Hard Reset
It’s so simple, just release the battery for 30 seconds and tide again. The BlackBerry will boot from the beginning. This is the first step if something wrong with network, software or hardware.

   If you restore to factory settings, will it re-lock the phone?

   Ive been having this strange problem lately,,it started when i charged my battery and it wasnt charging the whole night,,the next thing i did is that i bought a new battery ,it worked only for the first day then again i was charging the phone and it wasnt charging ( i even used my sister’s charger)..so i took the battery and the sim card for one whole day and again it didnt work. today i tried opening it and it did open but another problem popped out , ‘orginizing call logs’ was there the whole time and the screen was frozen i cant do anything wth it ,and i tried pulling out the battery and all of the above but nothing changed. PLEASE TELL ME WHT TO DO. THANK U!!

   i was updating my phone & it was down loading the filea to my mobile one of my friend disconected the wire from my mobile and the screen went blank i tryed to connect the mobile back to my pc but it wouldint connect it says devise disconnected tyr entering the passward from the devise i dont know how to enter the passward from the devise as the screen is blank white screen please instruct me what to do
