Hitachi DZ-BD10H Full HD Camcorder

Hitachi introduced a new full HD camcorder, the DZ-BD10H. This is the last new version of DZ-BD9H we introduced earlier this year.

Hitachi DZ-BD10H camera incorporates on Blu-ray (BD-R/RE), 30GB HDD, a 2.7 inch LCD screen, HDMI output, face detection function, and an SD / SDHC housing.

The DZ-BD10H a sport 7Mipx 1/2.7′ inch CMOS sensor with a 10x optical zoom and records video in 5 modes: HX (1920×1, 080) @ 15Mbps, 11Mbps @ HF, HS@7.5Mbps, 9Mbps @ SX and LF @ 6Mpbs. It will cost 945 €.

    I just purchased a HITACHI DZBD10HA Camcorderon 05/22/09. I paid $599.00+tax and an extra years worth of warranty. I have not used it yet. I am not in love with how it looks. I dont like the flat rounded part that holds the disc. I hope it was not a mistake. I just wanted a quality camcorder that would take good still pictures too. I use a PS3 for Blu-ray. If anybody has some input , fire away. I cannot seem to find much feedback on this device

    I read a blog about it and it said it works with any blu ray disc device except ps3. I don’t know for sure though. :)
