In my opinion it must be celebrate, because 25 years is a long journey for a company and also it help many people to protect the fluctuation in interest rates. A lot of people already helped because they can purchase a new house with fixed-rated. And Chancellor Alistair Darling will propose more fixed-rate mortgage for ten, twenty and 25 years period in today’s Budget for mortgage.
