Sharp has announced to expand its AQUOS TV series with new XS1 range. The new AQUOS XS1 series includes 65 and 52-inch TV models. What is unique about the new TV is their thinness. The televisions are only one inch thick, the thinnest part.

Samsung has announced the release of two new monitors at IFA 2008 namely SyncMaster 2233HZ and SyncMaster 2243HZ. The new monitors are equipped with new technologies strengthened MPA. The technology reduces the effects of ghosting, which are considered weaknesses of LCD monitors.

LG Electronics plans to launch its 22-inch monitor W2284F-PF with 30000:1 contrast ratio in Japan market on August 29, 2008.

LG W2284F-PF equipped with “f-Engine” chip for superior image quality, supports 1680×1050 (WSXGA +) resolution, 300 cd / m² brightness and speed of response 2ms. No word yet on prices.

Samsung Electronics has announced the launch of its 22-inch All-in-One LCD Monitor Sync Master 2263DX in Korea market, characterized by another 7-inch monitor screen via a USB port.

Dell Computer has been launch their new 22 inch high-end LCD large monitor ‘Dell Crystal‘ in the Japanese market, which has a tempered glass with four speakers and Sensor Touch-buttons.

The adoption was a tripod, Dell supports Crystal resolution of 1680 x 1050 pixel and contrast ratio of 2000:1. The recommended price is 149,000 Yen Japan. They said the Dell Crystal will be release on June 2008.
