Buffalo TeraStation TS-XEL/R5 NAS Server

Buffalo has introduced its latest TeraStation NAS devices in series, known as Buffalo TeraStation TS-XEL/R5. Buffalo TS-XEL/R5 TeraStation NAS device is in 2 TB, 4 TB and 6 TB of available models. It supports up to four SATA drives in RAID 0, RAID 5, RAID 5 or 10 modes.

Buffalo TeraStation NAS TS-XEL/R5 is equipped with two USB 2.0 ports and two Gigabit Ethernet ports. It is to support and strengthen the capacity of hot-swappable. Since the hot-swappable, it can replace the hard drive when the machine is still running.

It also supports Apple’s Time Machine and Active Directory integration. Buffalo TeraStation NAS TS-XEL/R5 available on the market in Japan later this month with prices from $946 (for 2 TB TS-XE2.0TL/R5), $1180 (for 4 TB TS xe4. 0TL/R5) and $1535 (for 6 to -XE6.0TL/R5 TS).
