Blackberry Bold 9700

T-Mobile announced the new BlackBerry 9700 Bold has a price but with a release date scheduled for November. Measuring in at 109mm x 60mm x 14mm, T-Mobile Germany announces the BlackBerry Bold 9700 as a “Bold the size of a Curve“.

It comes with a display TFT 480 x 360 resolution, a camera of 3.2 megapixels with autofocus, flash and zoom. The quad-band phone (which many refer to as Bold2 or Onyx), also comes with a WiFi antenna is compatible Bluetooth, GPRS, EDGE and HSPA connectivity.

The big change is, however, the 1500 mAh battery which is now able to offer nearly 21 days of operation in standby and up to 5 hours of talk time – which is a big improvement considering the 13.5 days standby and 4.5 hours of talk time on the current model Bold.
